At Structure Spine and Sport, all of our group exercise classes are offered in-house at the clinic and lead by a Registered Kinesiologist. For more information about the cost of classes, please refer to the schedule and fees page.
Gentle fitness class that uses a chair for support. This is a great option for individuals with limited mobility or anyone who wants a more accessible way to enjoy the benefits for stretching, strengthening and balance.
Unique blend of full body stretching and strengthening exercises that emphasize on functional mobility and flexibility. This includes resistance bands and body weight exercises. Modified exercises provided based on your functional abilities.
