1. Average Joega
About the class: Average Joega is a unique blend of full body stretching and strengthening exercises. We go through a series of warmups before hoping into some strengthing exercises whitch can inculde resistance band use. Then we finish off exploring our body's rang of motion through stretching.
Who it is for: Beginners to advanced exercisers. Weither you are looking to get back into exercsie or your looking to expand your exercise routine the inscructor will modify the program to meet you where you are at.
When it is offered: Monday and Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:00pm - 8 Classes a month.

2. SIT FIT
About the class: SIT FIT is a unique blend of full body flexability, balance, and strengthening exercises that takes place in a chair/standing. We go through a series of warmups before moving into some balance and flexability work then finishing off with some strengthing exercises which can inculde resistance band use.
Who it is for: Typically for those looking to improve balance and coordination and have trouble standing or getting up and down from the floor. Whether you are looking to get back into exercsie or your looking to expand your exercise routine the inscructor will modify the program to meet you where you are at.
When it is offered: Tuesday and Thursday 11:30-12:30pm - 8 Classes a month.
