Dr. N. Anne Bowness- Chiropractor, B.A., B.P.H.E., B.Sc., D.C.
Dr. Anne Bowness graduated in 1992 from the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago where she studied chiropractic and acupuncture. She practiced for 2 years in Chicago before returning to her hometown of North Bay, where she owned and operated Body Back in Motion for 8 years. After making the big move south, Dr. Bowness joined King West Chiropractic and built a tremendous practice in the heart of downtown Toronto. Dr. Bowness is a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, and the Ontario Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Bowness is as comfortable working with complicated athletic injuries as she is with simple headaches and taping ankles.

KEITH KERR - RMT - Registered Massage Therapist
Keith is a graduate of the Massage therapy program at Georgian College and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). He has been trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, pre and post natal massage, muscle stripping, and TMJ dysfunction. He has had many clinical hours in sports injury clinics, palliative care, and post natal care. He left his New Liskeard practice in 2016 to join our team. Keith prides himself on taking an evidence based approach towards client care and treatment plans. In his spare time you will find him canoe tripping and practicing Jui-Jitsu .If you're looking for the massage therapist that can give you the added deep tissue pressure you need, you've found your man.
DEBORAH BREKALO - RMT - Registered Massage Therapist - Departing October 31st
Deborah is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Medix College from London Ontario and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists. She has been trained and has a deep interest in helping people decrease pain and achieve a well rounded feeling of well being by using deep tissue, Swedish, and relaxation as needed to meet you where ou are, using specialized techniques on your journey of healing and recovery. Deborah is passionate about helping each client achieve their goals wheather it's with long term injuries, trauma, prenatal, to every day headache, migraines, lymphatic drainage to just a mental health day of self care. In her free time, you can find her outside enjoying the sunshine, camping with her kayak and being by the water.

RAELYNN JALBERT - Athletic Therapist, (CAT) (C), B.Sc-Kin
Raelynn is a certified Athletic Therapist and certified First Responder who graduated from the University of Winnipeg. Throughout her schooling she has worked in various clinics to develop her skills in musculoskeletal injury assessment and rehabilitation, functional movement screening and education. She has also worked in a variety of field settings to develop her sport first responder skills and strength and conditioning skills.
Outside of work, Raelynn loves spending her free time fishing, hiking, camping and snowboarding. She is bilingual in French and English.
KASH ABBASABADI – Exercise Therapist , B.P.H.E, MSc Kinesiology
Kash completed a Bachelor of Physical Education back home in Iran. He moved here in 2019 to complete his Master of Kinesiology in Biomechanics at the University of Nipissing, as well as compete for Nipissing University rowing team. After graduating, he became the head coach for Nipissing University rowing team and started working at Structure Spine and Sport.
Outside of work, Kash is dedicated to rowing. He started his rowing career in 2011. He set out to compete at the highest level. He represented his birth country, Iran at the 2014 Asian Games in Incheun, and the 2015 World University Games in Gwangju. He is currently starting a rowing club in North Bay.
NICK SEGUIN- Registered Kinesiologist, Honours Kinesiology & Phys Ed. B.H.KIN., Masters or Health Sciences, M.HSc.,
In 2020, Nick received his Honors Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfred Laurier University with a minor in Biology and a concentration in Athletic Performance and Injury Management. As a graduate student affiliated with Carleton University Nick went on to join the Healthy Active Living and Obesity Research Group, part of the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Research Institute. Nick received his master’s degree in health sciences with a focus on pediatric exercise physiology.
Nick currently practices as a registered Kinesiologist at the clinic and acts is the founder and head coach at KINNOVATION performance systems where he trains the next generation of Canadian athletes.
Outside of work, Nick is a triathlete, a wilderness explorer, and an entrepreneur. He is always seeking new opportunities to expand his knowledge and experiences.
STEVE VAGHELA - Exercise Therapist, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Dipoloma - Health Care Admin.
In 2022, Steve received his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India, where he blended his professional expertise with his passion for sports. After earning his degree, Steve worked as a clinical physiotherapist and a personal fitness trainer, gaining hands-on experience in helping individuals recover and optimize their physical performance. In 2023, he decided to further his education by moving to Canada to pursue a postgraduate degree in Healthcare Administration at Canadore College.
Outside of his work, Steve handles a community named "StrongWithSteve," where he trains and influences people to love and live a fit & healthy lifestyle.
Steve is driven by his love for the outdoors and competitive sports, including cricket, athletics, and powerlifting. Now based in North Bay, he enjoys exploring new opportunities, embracing challenges, and experiencing the beauty of nature, always seeking ways to grow personally and professionally while reflecting on God’s grace and goodness in his life.
SURBHI B KOLGE - Exercise Therapist | Bachelor of Physiotherapy | Aspiring Registered Physiotherapist (Canada)
After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India in 2020, she was a dedicated physiotherapist in India for 3 years. Since then, she has honed her skills in patient rehabilitation, therapeutic exercises, and injury management. Her hands-on experience in various clinical settings has equipped her with the ability to assess, and develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life.
Currently, she is pursuing the necessary qualifications and licensing required to become a registered physiotherapist in Canada. This transition marks an exciting step in her professional journey, as she aims to bring her international expertise and passion for physiotherapy to the Canadian healthcare system. By staying updated with global practices and honing my skills, she is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking rehabilitation and physical wellness.

Katie is a North Bay local. She is a graduate of Nipissing University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education. She has taught with the Nipissing Parry Sound Catholic Board of Education since 1988. She has taught JK-8, Core French and Special Education. Her last ten years of teaching focussed on Mental Health, including Mindfulness and Self-Regulation. After retiring, she joined the Structure Spine and Sport team in March 2023, and is enjoying a new path in her life.
